In 2010 Jolyon Connell, founder of popular current affairs magazines The Week and MoneyWeek, tried to help his daughter Flora with her A-level English text for The Tempest, and was astonished by the lack of accessible, up-to-date guides that would help him (and Flora) understand the finer points of the play. Adapting the principles of The Week to English texts, Jolyon commissioned experts in various literary fields to write guide books to great novels, poems and plays on the main English syllabuses. Valentine Cunningham on King Lear [Part One of Two]
She truly adds another vivid layer of life to what she reads, it's magical ❣️
What book is she reading from?
Ok, fans.... We need to make her Yzma in the Emperor's New Groove remake. There is nobody else. 😁
If youre into poetry try Carlos Drummond de Andrade "a flor e a náusea", it's crazy how his vision of the early 20th century world is relatable to present times
she could be my Lord Henry and I her Dorian Gray <3
her, Chloë Sevigny and Björk are my holy trinity of it girls
So enjoyed that
She is like my female version 😅
She’s literally the coolest!
Marla Singer❤
She’s simply mesmerizing
she looks like a work of art, I love just admiring her
why did you stop posting 😔 Are you okay ?
Dreams somtimes linger of lack of understanding the dream about the lion and meat in backpack, wetting the bed is the spirit handing over the seel of profit hood the one about the ash covored friend haning on rib and fighting off, is me moving past pompaii the one of the tatooed back is my departure from women to woman the one about me being voiceless and cripple, where family is in reach, but i can only reach out, is nations and people actcepting family. the one where i am in different places searching a out, is where the rite to word started
where is your understanding, in times of need. where is your understanding, in times of pain. where is your understanding, in times of self-representation. where is your knolage, when it costs knolage. where is mercy, when it cost mercy. where is your barrier, if it cost knowing. where is your peace,if it costs agrements and rite. where is your body, if it costs a mind. where is your life, if it costs God Almighty. where is your family, if it costs a friend. (Gods' friend) where is your world, if its self build. where is your man, if it cost Alpha. where is your water, if it cost a desert. where is your island, if it cost a path. where is your sun, if it cost a lifestyle. where is your house, if time cost travilling. where is your health, if you stand alone. where is your love, if you still on the phone. where is your god, if its me that is shown.
She has something so special about her and it intrigues me very strangely much
This woman is a national treasure ❤
How lovely it is to hear this poem and nourish its meaning while I'm only 23.
There should be a place for gloom.
4:21 leaving a time stamp for myself because I know I will revisit this
She has such beautiful, expressive eyes

Sorry I'm not at all familiar with English poetry...but shouldn't poems rhyme? These are just pondering sentences that only have a deep meaning if you give them a deep meaning, they don't catch your attention with rhymes or beautiful word play. I'm only familiar with Arabic poetry and the word play is as important as the meaning they convey
I just wanna ask her to say my name, only to respond with : " tyler durden, TYLER DURDEN!!! "
i love poetry, especially when it's playful or when it makes you think. so much of it can be subjective, but that's the beauty of it <3
They're so British ❤
Type A personality

Markets are ending it will crash big time thats for me to finish and wishing it turns out to be for life❤❤🎉🎉
Helena Bonham Carter, you are the sun rays that filter in through ones most darkest trials, you bend the wind and give freedom to those angst-ridden by life's transpiercing bridles; Helena thank you for bestowing your presence upon the world!! 👏👑💖
I love Helena Bonham Carter - then I remember that picture of her palling around with David Cameron and his slime ball corrupt Tory fu*ks and I think naw . I hate all those conceited entitled C*NTS.
She has inspired me to read more poems ❤❤❤❤❤
wow i wanna marry her
I once dated a woman who looked a lot like her
Mildly irritating!
